Social Activities
Harpenden Lawn Tennis Club has many social events organised throughout the year. Social events such as barbeques, quizzes and dances are run for and by the members. Pre-booking is usually required, so please check the Social noticeboard in the Clubhouse for details. Thursday night is devoted to mixed social play followed by supper in the summer and soup in the winter.
Bar
The bar is open Monday to Friday evenings and Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes. Opening at other times is arranged when events are being held or as demand requires. Come along and enjoy the bar facilities which include comfortable furniture, a pool table and Sky TV.
Catering
Teas at the weekends, Thursday suppers throughout the summer and catering for social and other events are provided by members and by outside caterers.
Clubhouse Hire
Why not hire the clubhouse for your own event - perhaps a special anniversary or birthday party? All ages welcome. Two rooms available, fully equipped bar and good kitchen facilities.
